The property affords a lovely position in this most prized development and benefits from stunning views across Scotland's most famous Loch taking in the surrounding hills and mountains in the distance.



The development is positioned at the water's edge next to a gently sloping sandy beach and small jetty with the Rowardennan Hotel close by. The area is popular for hill walking, fishing and cycling. The network of pathways, West Highland Way link to the village of Balmaha which is home to The Oaktree Hotel and restaurant, further amenities, and local shops and services are available at the nearby village of Drymen.
