We sold the above property successfully at closing date which achieved a record price substantially above the home report value, this also resulted in a further four sales in the same area in a short space of time which all sold at home report value or above.  We have high demand for similar properties in the area.

This property came onto the market with Caledonia Bureau, Paisley on 4th August 2017, the clients had visited the branch prior to this.  They had been on the market with a local competitor for a year and wanted an unbiased opinion on what was perhaps prohibiting a sale, they were flummoxed as it was a high calibre property and they were not receiving any feedback from their current Estate Agent.  The clients were impressed by our local team’s local knowledge and recommendations so decided to move from their current Estate Agent (a large High Street corporate Estate Agency firm) to ourselves.  The clients listened to our advice and recommendations.  The property was given our full attention from the beginning of marketing, and we used all resources available leaving nothing to chance and did what their previous Estate Agent hadn’t.  I managed to agree a successful sale by 13th September 2017, in under 6 weeks of the property being listing with Caledonia Bureau.  I followed the sale through to a successful completion in December 2017.
