Price Range
Type in the lowest and highest prices you would consider. And remember to take into account that most prices are "offers over".

Min bedrooms
Select the minimum number of bedrooms you require. The search results will then display properties in your chosen price range with at least that many bedrooms.

Location
Location, they say, is all important. Select your desired location. The search results will then display properties situated with that location only.

Type
Here you can choose to search for the specific types of homes listed in the drop-down menu. Bear in mind that we may use different terms to describe properties - what you might call a conversion, we might call a flat. So in some cases you may be best to select 'any' to ensure all homes relevant to your needs are returned.

Facilities
If there are certain facilities you really would like, such as a garden, simply click the appropriate tick options and only properties containing/ or having such facilities will be displayed.
