Costs and Documents Required
In order to ensure a seamless transaction and to ensure you can move into your new property without delay Caledonia Letting require the following:
- Photographic ID
- An utility bill with your last address
- A payment of £200 in order for us to complete our standard pre-tenancy checks
- Upon acceptance, 1 months rent in advance together with a months rent as standard security deposit.
Payments can be made by bankers draft, switch or credit card.
